Job Description
We are looking for a Bulk Packer to join our team on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packing bulk materials efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role requires tow motor experience and the ability to lift boxes and remain on your feet for most of the workday. If you are dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you!

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $17–$19 hourly, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
