Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers. This role involves responding to incoming calls, handling customer inquiries, supporting account needs, and providing professional and effective service to every caller.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to customer requests
- Schedule and confirm client appointments via phone and email
- Facilitate and resolve client service requests
- Maintain daily communication with customers and document inquiry status
- Make some outgoing calls to follow up on pending issues
- Provide excellent customer service using active listening techniques
- Set up client files and gather necessary customer information
- Input and update customer data in company systems
- Meet individual and team performance goals and targets
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills
- Excellent problem-solving and customer support abilities
- Good computer and typing skills
- Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries
- Self-motivated, professional, and dependable
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred

The base pay range for this position is $17/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
