Job Description
The Shipping Coordinator provides essential administrative and logistical support to ensure accurate and timely processing of shipping orders, both domestic and export. This role is responsible for organizing shipping documentation, coordinating repackaging schedules, and supporting shipping and logistics operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication across departments.
Responsibilities
• Review, organize, and process domestic and export shipping orders
• Update and manage repack and repackaging schedules
• Assist with in-house shipping and logistics-related order issues
• Maintain clear communication between shipping and sales teams
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, copying, faxing, and data entry
• Support additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications and Requirements
• 2–4 years of administrative or clerical experience preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Data entry proficiency and strong attention to detail
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to adapt to new computer systems
• Microsoft Office experience required
• Manufacturing environment experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
