Job Description
The Assembler is responsible for assembling products using hand tools, machines, and testing equipment while meeting quality and production standards. This role involves following detailed work instructions, performing inspections, and packaging finished products for shipment. Assemblers will work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while adhering to safety and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts according to detailed instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Operate and set up machines or equipment as required
- Perform quality checks and package finished products for shipment
- Follow OSHA, quality, and safety policies at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement, training, and near-miss programs
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, including electronic soldering
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Overtime availability as required
