Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Nurse Manager – Cardiac Cath / EP Lab who will responsible for the 24-hour operational, clinical, financial, and quality oversight of assigned patient care units. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and efficient care while leading staff, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement across multiple cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize clinical operations to ensure excellent patient outcomes and high patient, staff, and physician satisfaction.
- Oversee patient flow, staffing effectiveness, and operational efficiency across Cath and EP lab environments.
- Partner with executive nursing leadership to implement policies, procedures, and operational improvements.
- Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining quality, safety, and innovation.
- Investigate and resolve patient care or administrative concerns while fostering a safe, professional, and high-morale work environment.
- Support implementation and utilization of clinical information systems impacting patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with community physicians and employed faculty/provider groups.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Active Texas RN license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience
- Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Assistant Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager, or equivalent)
- Prior Nurse Manager experience in Cath Lab and EP Lab environments
- EP Lab leadership experience required
- Nursing specialty or nursing administration certification required

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
