Job Description:
Ready to put your energy to work and join a fast-paced team? We’re looking for a production associate who isn’t afraid to stay on the move—lifting up to 50 lbs, standing throughout the shift, and tackling tasks like picking, packing, bending, reaching, and more. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and open to working overtime (including weekends and holidays when needed), this could be the perfect fit!
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and move products/materials accurately according to work orders
- Operate as an order picker and assist with general production/warehouse duties as assigned
- Lift, carry, and transport items up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety and quality procedures
- Work required schedules including overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, squatting, pushing/pulling, twisting, reaching, and grasping
- Entry-level: little or no prior manufacturing/production experience required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested
- Must pass a pre-placement background check; occasional climbing/balancing required

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
