Job Description
Join a well-established commercial property management firm as a Property Manager overseeing a single office building. You’ll handle day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and coordinate maintenance while serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders. This on-site role requires strong communication skills, commercial property experience, and the ability to respond to occasional after-hours issues.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the building and on-site staff.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and any construction or improvement projects.
- Manage tenant relations and ensure professional, high-quality service.
- Respond to emergencies and after-hours building issues as needed.
- Work closely with senior property management and major tenants on operational decisions.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting using property management systems and tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and building standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Prior commercial property management experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to oversee day-to-day building operations and manage staff or contractors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies when needed.
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Professionalism, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site full time.

The base pay range for this position is $70,000-$80,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
