Job Description
We are seeking 2 highly qualified CNC Machinists with premium threading experience for full-time night shift positions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform complete CNC machine setup in all aspects
- Set up and thread all premium threads across various products and materials with minimal supervision
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make program edits as needed
- Assist the Leadman/Supervisor with training Level 1, 2, and 3 CNC Machinists
- Perform dimensional inspections per required specifications
- Maintain product traceability throughout the manufacturing process
- Meet or exceed all KPIs and non-conformance offset requirements
- Complete required documentation
- Report all non-conformances to the Leadman/Supervisor
- Follow all requirements of K&B’s safety program
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience with premium threading
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Fanuc controls
- Stable work history, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Reliable transportation.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Capable of working in extreme weather and performing physical tasks.
