Job Description
As a Customer Service / Accounts Receivable Expeditor, you will play a key role in supporting customers and internal teams by processing orders, providing quotes, and ensuring timely follow-up on customer inquiries. This position requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
• Process customer purchase orders via phone, mail, or fax
• Provide quotes and coordinate shipments of orders
• Enter customer orders accurately into internal systems
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, complaints, and delivery concerns
• Investigate and resolve UPS claims for lost or damaged shipments

Qualifications and Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and internal systems
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

The base salary for this position is up to $24/hr. depending on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will be based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and company pay structure. Hiring at the top of the range is rare, allowing room for future growth.
