Job Description
Supply & Box Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced Rotary Die Cutter to join our expanding team in Charlotte. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining McKinley and Martin Flexo Folder Gluer machines to produce high-quality corrugated packaging. This position plays a key role in maintaining production quality, efficiency, and safety on the floor.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the Rotary Die Cut machine to produce quality corrugated packaging products.
- Set up and make adjustments to ensure accurate cutting, printing, and slotting according to job specifications.
- Perform quality checks, including measurements, color registration, and box integrity, to meet or exceed standards.
- Troubleshoot machine issues, perform basic maintenance, and communicate with maintenance personnel as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete production documentation accurately and timely.
- Assist with training new team members as needed.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience operating Rotary Die Cut Machine for corrugated box manufacturing.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Familiarity with print registration, die-cutting, and box styles is highly desirable.
- Ability to read production work orders, safety instructions, and machine manuals.
- Proficient in basic math and measurements
- Must speak and read fluid English

We are committed to pay transparency. The base salary range for this position is $23.00 – $25.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
