Job Description:
We are seeking a Maintenance Helper to support our Maintenance Foreman in keeping equipment and facility grounds running efficiently. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow in maintenance and industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment
- Diagnose equipment issues and replace parts such as bolts, valves, and fittings
- Maintain inventory of tools and parts for routine maintenance
- Adhere to all safety policies and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform additional plant duties as assigned by the Maintenance Foreman
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist frequently during the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Capable of standing and walking up to 8 hours daily on concrete surfaces
- Previous electrical experience is a plus, but not required
