Job Description
Are you an eager Medical Receptionist seeking a rewarding position in the Woodlands area? Our client is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their team! Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient flow throughout the clinic, including scheduling and confirming appointments, check-in/check-out, collecting co-pays, rooming patients, and taking vital signs
- Prepare and escort patients to exam rooms to ensure timely and efficient visits
- Work closely with providers to support daily clinical operations
- Respond to patient inquiries by phone, email, or in person in a courteous and efficient manner
- Maintain front desk operations and ensure reception areas are clean and organized
- Assist providers with clinical tasks as requested
- Monitor, stock, and maintain medical and office supplies and equipment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- One year of Medical Receptionist experience within a Physician's office/clinic is required.
- Previous experience with using EMR software is required.
- Strong knowledge of insurance verification.
Benefits and Perks:

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
