Job Description:
Help our client—a manufacturer of stamped, fabricated, finished, wired, and assembled metal components—drive ISO 9001 compliance, customer satisfaction, and a strong quality-first culture. You’ll lead QA personnel, partner closely with Production, and own key quality decisions at the plant level.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 QMS (documents, records, compliance)
- Communicate and align teams to the Quality Policy & Quality Objectives
- Supervise and develop QA staff; oversee lab inspection/testing activities
- Lead NCMR/MRB, corrective & preventive actions, and nonconforming material control
- Final authority on ISIR/PPAP submissions (including FMEA/Control Plans)
- Support internal audits, continuous improvement, and shop-floor quality controls
- Oversee calibration systems and support gauge requirements/procurement
- Monitor daily safety practices and support safety reporting/awareness
- Perform advanced inspections/layouts as needed (GD&T, CMM/Faro)
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in Quality (Engineering/Tech) + supervisory experience
- ISO 9001 QMS maintenance experience; ISO auditor training preferred
- Strong skills: SPC, CAD, MS Office, advanced GD&T, blueprint reading
- PPAP experience (ISIR, FMEA, Control Plans)
- Manufacturing knowledge: stamping, laser, CNC punch, press brake, welding
- Clear communicator, organized, decisive, and team-first

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
