Job Description:
As a receptionist, you will be the face and voice of the company. You will need to keep a positive attitude, as you will be greeting each person who enters the building. The receptionist will also function as an assistant to the HR supervisor and needs very strong clerical experience.
Responsibilities:
Greeting persons entering the facility.
- Answers telephone and routes calls promptly; does not leave callers on “hold” and unattended for longer than 20 seconds.
- Responsible for reporting any problems with the telephone system.
- Maintains ID badge system; takes pictures, prints badges, etc.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A year of experience in switchboard and/or telephone experience.
HS Diploma minimum. Business-related post-high-school training is a plus. Previous HR experience preferred.
- Telephone skills required, courteous, good organizational skills, effective computer skills required, good math skills a must, pleasant reception of visitors required.
- Pass Excel Test.
