Job Description
The Electronic Assembler supports the manufacturing of medical devices through the assembly of disposable plastic components and electromechanical control modules. This role is structured across three progressive levels with increasing responsibility and skill requirements. Technicians cross-train across core subassemblies and product lines to support production goals while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble medical device components in accordance with written procedures, drawings, and work instructions
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO requirements, and quality system procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and production records
- Support cross-training across disposable and control module subassemblies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficiency with basic hand tools and computer documentation systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Good manual dexterity and normal or corrected vision

The base salary range for this position is $23-25, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
