Job Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain applications across web, desktop, and server platforms. This role involves collaborating closely with business teams, IT staff, and management to understand requirements, develop solutions, and implement high-quality software. The position emphasizes back-end server development using Node.js while also supporting front-end technologies such as React and Angular. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional software development experience, be well-versed in full software development lifecycle practices, and have a strong foundation in distributed and scalable system design.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze user requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain applications for server, web, and desktop platforms
- Develop, test, and document software solutions
- Maintain and enhance existing in-house and vendor applications
- Evaluate technical feasibility and propose system improvements
- Perform systems analysis and recommend process changes
- Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle and coding standards
- Communicate technical specifications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with multi-discipline teams and work independently as needed
- Research and implement emerging technologies relevant to projects
- Provide support during product deployments and troubleshooting
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency with JetBrains Suite, Node.js, Angular, React, Swift/Objective-C, Android Studio, MySQL/MSSQL
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices and SDLC processes
- Experience with distributed/scalable systems and high-volume applications
- Familiarity with application architecture and design patterns
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Experience developing integrated Internet, client, and mobile applications
- Knowledge of audio, video, and data communications technologies
- Understanding of networking, telephony, and wireless protocols
- Experience serving as a technical lead throughout full software development lifecycle

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
