Job Description
One of the premier Healthcare organizations is seeking an Accounts Processor to support their Accounts Payable department. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely, confidential manner while reviewing and researching payment documents in accordance with established policies.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents, verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies with vendors or department heads.
- Investigate credits, past-due invoices, and account statements, ensuring updated and accurate financial records.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and provide clear communication regarding invoice status and payment details.
- Prepare reports on unpaid invoices for the Accounts Payable Coordinator and perform vendor audits to ensure compliance.
- Monitor AP-PO mailboxes and assist PO Leads with manual invoice processing and issue resolution.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- One (1) year of experience in accounting, finance or accounts payable environment.
- Strong written/oral communication skills and Time Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.
