Job Description:
We’re seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician/Mechanical Technician to join our fast-paced manufacturing team, where your expertise will keep production running safely and efficiently. In this role, you’ll install, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of electrical systems and mechanical equipment, from 120V–480V circuits and PLCs to pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems. You’ll perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and occasional fabrication or welding to support plant operations. Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair 120V–480V electrical systems, motors, control wiring, PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, transformers, and other electrical components
- Perform diagnostics, interpret blueprints and schematics, and ensure compliance with NEC and LOTO safety standards
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems
- Perform MIG welding (preferred)
- Operate and utilize fabrication equipment to complete maintenance and repair tasks
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5–10 years’ experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing electrical work
- Excellent knowledge of 3-phase systems, motor controls, and PLC troubleshooting
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in elevated/confined spaces
- Technical training or electrical certification preferred

The base salary range for this position is $52,000-56,160, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
