Job Description
- Contribute to new product development and hardware/firmware improvements
- Support circuit design, embedded programming, and system integration activities
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform analysis across various electronic systems
- Work closely with mechanical, software, documentation, and manufacturing engineering teams
- Participate in design reviews and assist in presenting technical recommendations
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze analog and digital circuits and system architectures
- Perform SPICE circuit simulations and produce schematics using Altium Designer
- Develop and debug embedded C/C++ firmware using industry-standard tools
- Diagnose hardware performance issues and support integration testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering groups throughout the full development cycle
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Strong understanding of circuit theory, electrical design principles, and simulation tools
- Proficiency in embedded C/C++ development and hardware/firmware integration
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, and similar test equipment
- Familiarity with schematic capture tools, IDEs, and CAD systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across teams
