Job Description
This organization is seeking a detail-oriented Controller to lead financial reporting, cost management, compliance, and internal controls. Working with senior leadership, this role strengthens accounting operations and supports organizational growth. The ideal candidate has strong accounting experience, proven analytical and leadership skills, and collaborates effectively across teams to maintain the organization’s financial health.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to support organizational goals.
- Oversee financial reporting, cost accounting, compliance, and internal control processes.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, reporting, and documentation.
- Collaborate across departments to strengthen financial performance and organizational fiscal health.
- Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills to improve financial processes.
- Utilize advanced accounting knowledge, certifications, and hands-on experience to guide day-to-day operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required, CPA desirable
- 3–5 years of proven accounting experience in a leadership role
- Prior experience in a manufacturing company is desirable
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting valued
