Job Description
As a P&F Technician, you will support production operations through phosphate coating, abrasive blasting, and equipment operation. This role includes hands-on work preparing tubing, applying stencils and preservatives, and ensuring all materials meet quality standards. You will operate various machinery and follow safety protocols throughout the process. This is a great opportunity for someone with relevant industry experience seeking long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform phosphate coating and abrasive blasting
- Blow out tubing and ensure all internal diameters are clean
- Apply paint stencils, preservatives, and thread protectors
- Operate horizontal and vertical swage press, stress relief unit, and saw
- Complete drifting and other required preparation processes
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to read and write
- Minimum of 3 months relevant industry experience
- Willingness to work overtime, including up to 7 days per week when needed
- Ability to follow safety standards and operate machinery
