Job Description:
If you’re an experienced warehouse pro who enjoys staying organized, moving fast, and getting orders out accurately, this role is for you. We’re hiring a Shipping & Order Fulfillment Associate to support our client with shipping, order building, and inventory accuracy in a busy production/warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process and ship accurately and on time
- Handle shipping including:
- LTL/Freight shipments
- Digital orders
- Sheeted jobs
- Break down, pack, and ship custom quantity (CQ) orders
- Sort CQ orders and prepare shipments to specification
- Receive and ship outsourced products
- Pull and ship customer samples promptly
- Identify and correct shipping/inventory issues such as negative lots
- Work with carriers (UPS/FedEx and freight partners) for shipping-related needs and inquiries
- Use CLEA Mobile and internal procedures to track and manage shipments/material movement
- Build orders and ensure orders are complete, accurate, and shipment-ready
- Maintain strong inventory accuracy through:
- Rolling inventory counts (materials & finished goods)
- Correct material usage and transaction tracking
- Basic reconciliation and system alignment
- Support split invoicing by separating ready-to-ship items from backordered inventory when required
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse (aisles, racks, staging areas)
- Track consumables (boxes, cores, clamshells, etc.) and alert leadership when supplies are low
- Follow all safety rules and standard operating procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- May be cross-trained in the Receiving Department
Qualifications:
- Must know how to operate pallet jacks, lifts, and other powered lift equipment (PLE) safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow shipping procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform typical warehouse physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, reaching)

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $14-17.00 hourly not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
