Job Description
We are seeking Food Service Staff to support daily meal operations at a manufacturing/production site in Opelika, AL. This role is not formal—your focus will be on keeping employees fed efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
As part of the food service team, you’ll assist with meal setup and breakdown, replenishing food stations, serving employees during meal periods, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting overall kitchen and dining operations. Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are essential to ensure smooth daily service for the workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering top-tier customer service, ensuring that each guest's experience is memorable and tailored to their needs
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, adhering to the dress code and representing the catering team in a manner that reflects the company's standards

- Possess the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as events may occur during non-traditional hours

- Required attire: Black slacks or dress pants (no jeans, leggings, or sweats), a neatly cleaned and not wrinkled black t-shirt or collared polo style shirt. Black closed-toe shoes. ALL BLACK ATTIRE.
- Pants with belt loops must include a belt.
- Clothing must be clean, wrinkle-free, and well-fitted.
- No hats, earbuds, or cell phone use during the event.
- Staff not adhering to dress standards may be sent home without pay.
