Responsibilities:
· Perform inspection of in-process, final-stage, domestic, and imported products
· Evaluate and process non-conforming material reports
· Conduct shipping audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
· Perform process capability studies and SPC data analysis, providing recommendations based on findings
· Set up measurement equipment and perform micro-analysis, including microhardness and carburization/decarburization testing

Qualifications and Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous gauging experience and knowledge of optical comparators
· Basic knowledge of testing and measuring equipment
· Previous experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control)
· Tow motor experience preferred
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints

The base salary range for this position is $36,000–$38,000 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
