Job Description:
Perform all tasks involved in the production of our client’s products. This includes laminating, slitting, die-cutting and assembly work with various materials including foams, rubbers, metals, graphite, cork-fibers, and fiberglass. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Perform packing duties (stacking and banding of product)
- Performing manual assembly of parts
- Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings, Job Orders, routers and diagrams
- Adheres to operating procedures/instructions
- Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks per specification to run job orders accurately and maximize productivity
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- Ability to read and perform basic math skills including counting
- Ability to use various tools including tape measure, dial caliper, and other hand tools
- Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Basic reading skills for understanding drawings, Job Orders, and specs
- Able to follow directions
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check

The base pay range for this position is $16 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
