Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Administrator/Process Improvement Technician to support our operational excellence and production efficiency initiatives. In this role, you will use a stopwatch to time tasks throughout the manufacturing process, collect and analyze performance data, and collaborate closely with the OPEx Manager to improve workflow and productivity.
This position also includes hands-on work on the production floor, so basic tool knowledge and comfort in a manufacturing environment are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Perform time studies using a stopwatch to document task completion times
- Gather, track, and analyze data in coordination with the OPEx Manager
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word to organize, report, and present findings
- Assist with production floor activities as needed
- Apply basic tool knowledge to support operational tasks
- Communicate findings clearly with supervisors and team members
- Follow all safety policies and standard manufacturing procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2-5 years’ experience a manufacturing floor in a similar role
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and production floor equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word a must)
- Ability to collect and interpret data
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfort working on the production floor around equipment and machinery

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
