Job Description
This role involves performing preventative and corrective maintenance on facility equipment within a precision manufacturing environment. The Facility Maintenance Technician will diagnose and repair electrical systems, troubleshoot machine and building issues, and ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently. You will work closely with production teams to reduce downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with strong electrical knowledge, hands-on mechanical skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and reliable facility.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain industrial equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to identify and prevent potential issues
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and determine mechanical or operator errors
- Maintain detailed equipment logs for repairs and maintenance history
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience in welding, fabricating, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, motors, and piping
- Strong electrical background
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
