Job Description
A rapidly expanding private family office is seeking a Senior Analyst to support a diverse portfolio of real estate investments, private company holdings, and long-term financial planning initiatives. This is a high-impact role supporting executive leadership and requires exceptional analytical strength, financial modeling capabilities, attention to detail, and discretion.
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for forecasting, financial modeling, investment analysis, valuation, and portfolio monitoring, collaborating closely with internal accounting teams and external advisors.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can operate with a high level of confidentiality and professional maturity.
Responsibilities
- Maintain financial models and valuations for real estate investments
- Measure performance and monitor portfolio-level real estate assets
- Forecast cash flow across the family office and recommend funding sources for future investments
- Conduct diligence for real estate acquisitions
- Calculate private company valuations for monitoring, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Prepare annual budgets for both family and family-office entities; deliver monthly budget-to-actual reporting
- Monitor debt service schedules and liquidity needs
- Partner with accounting to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
- Coordinate with external advisors, ensuring proper information flow and adherence to security protocols
- Document quantitative and qualitative investment research and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Banking, Multifamily Office, Real Estate Development, or similar environment
- Strong familiarity with cash flow forecasting and financial modeling
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem solver—independent, resourceful, and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Highly organized with strong follow-through on complex assignments

The base salary for this position is $120,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
