Job Description
As an Assembler, you will build and assemble connector components with precision, using hand tools and following detailed work instructions. You will inspect completed work for accuracy, complete required documentation, and help ensure products meet strict customer and company quality standards.

Responsibilities
· Assemble connector components according to detailed specifications and diagrams
· Read and interpret assembly instructions, part lists, and work orders
· Use hand tools and small equipment to fit, fasten, and secure parts
· Inspect completed assemblies for quality and compliance
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
· Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

The base pay range for this position is $17.00 – $19.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
