Job Description
As an Industrial Technician, you will ensure the functionality of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for industrial machinery. Your role involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, directly contributing to achieving production goals. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities to grow your skills and career.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and periodic testing on equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, plumbing, and electrical issues.
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety protocols.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; trade/technical training is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial or facility maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and related testing tools.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
