Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Die Repair Technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot progressive dies used in metal stamping processes. This role requires technical expertise in blueprint interpretation, machinery operation, and precision fitting and assembly of die components. You will identify the root causes of die malfunctions and implement effective solutions to restore full functionality. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are essential in ensuring reliable die performance.
Responsibilities
· Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot progressive dies used in metal stamping
· Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide die repairs
· Perform precision fitting, assembly, and adjustment of die components

The base salary range for this position is $41,600–$56,160, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
