Job Description:
A reputable North Houston Testosterone and Weight Loss practice is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its collaborative medical team. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, professional environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient satisfaction and confidentiality.

This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, professional environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient satisfaction and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and follow-up visits
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in coordination with the Medical Director
- Provide patient education regarding care plans, medications, and health management strategies
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation within the EMR system
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-based environment focused on quality care and positive outcomes
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of TRT and Weight Loss experience
- Active Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in good standing
DEA license (preferred but not required) - Exceptional communication and patient relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems and documentation standards
- Ability to oversee daily clinic operations and ensure consistent workflow
- Handling in-house lab procedures experience
- Experience with selling bundles to customers/patients is a plus
