Job Description
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting with various warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks, processing furniture, and maintaining the warehouse. This role ensures that furniture is rental-ready for events, tradeshows, or transfers to other districts. The Warehouse Associate will be cross-trained in all aspects of warehousing and may fill different roles based on daily business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and Unloading Trucks: Load and unload trucks, ensuring no scratches or damage and correct item placement.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, stage, and prepare items for customer delivery or district transfers.
- Furniture Processing: Clean, touch up, repair, or wrap furniture to ensure it is rental-ready or properly protected for storage.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain and clean the warehouse, including breaking down cardboard and dumping trash.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Previous warehousing experience preferred; priority consideration will be given to candidates with more and relevant experience

The base salary range for this position is $16.50 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
