Job Description
The Compliance Analyst ensures adherence to compliance programs by conducting risk assessments, audits, regulatory research, and investigations to maintain compliance with internal policies, support business objectives, and uphold customer trust.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Chief Compliance Officer to assess risk and maintain effective compliance strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze customer data and alerts to identify potential fraud or money laundering under BSA/AML guidelines.
- Prepare CTRs and SARs with thorough documentation and justification.
- Conduct CDD and EDD reviews for standard and high-risk customers.
- Other duties and audits as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory oversight.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, law, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with U.S. regulatory requirements (FDIC, OCC, Federal Reserve, CFPB, FINRA).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills.

The annual base salary for this position is $70000 – $90000 per year (excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
