In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing models, analyzing results, and helping leadership make informed business decisions. You’ll collaborate across departments to enhance profitability, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and ensure financial discipline throughout the company.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with operations, sales, and supply chain to align financial insights with business objectives
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models and reporting tools for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Conduct profitability and cost analyses by product line, customer, and distribution channel
• Perform variance and trend analyses to identify performance drivers and opportunities for improvement
• Support pricing, margin, and cost optimization initiatives
• Create dashboards and reports to enhance visibility and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modeling experience
• Solid understanding of financial statements and key accounting principles
• Familiarity with ERP and BI systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance

The base pay range for this position is $60,000 – $75,000 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation depends on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
