Job Description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Workers / Machine Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling parts, operating production machinery, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate assembly and production machines according to safety and quality standards.
- Assemble parts and components accurately following work instructions.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Report any equipment issues or defects to supervisors.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience a plus, but not required—training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
