Job Description
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Developer to support a critical cloud migration project for our client’s Engineering Department. The current on-premise CRM system will be modernized by migrating to Dynamics 365 in Azure Cloud. In this role, you will work with internal stakeholders, Microsoft experts, and QA to ensure seamless data transition, robust system performance, and delivery of a secure, future-ready solution.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft to migrate data from on-premises CRM 2016 to Dynamics 365 Cloud
- Develop and troubleshoot JavaScript-based customizations, reports, and workflows
- Convert legacy reports to FetchXML format
- Address post-migration issues, test environments, and assist with code deployments across Dev, Test, and Production
- Participate in sprint-based development cycles and provide accurate task estimates
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) platforms
- Strong JavaScript proficiency and experience customizing Dynamics 365 solutions
- Familiarity with FetchXML, Power Platform integrations, and Agile development methodologies
- Experience with environment deployments and working within sprint frameworks
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and debugging skills in a cross-functional environment

The Pay Rate range for this position is $36 – $41 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
