Job Description
We are seeking a PeopleSoft System Administrator to manage and maintain our client’s ERP environment. This role will oversee the installation, configuration, and monitoring of application components across web, application, integration, and batch layers. It involves direct support for system performance, patch management, and environment upgrades, including collaboration with functional teams and technical stakeholders. A high level of independence, troubleshooting skill, and after-hours flexibility is required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of ERP environments to ensure system availability and performance
- Execute upgrades, patching, code migrations, and system tuning in collaboration with database and infrastructure teams
- Troubleshoot application issues and ensure system compliance with performance and availability standards
- Support development and functional teams with project-related technical tasks, including implementation of bug fixes
- Coordinate with peers on application deployments, audit trail reviews, and maintenance of system health logs
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering PeopleSoft ERP environments
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft PUM upgrades, Change Assistant, DMS/SQL scripting, and system patching
- Experience working across multi-tier environments (production, development, and DR)
- Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills in a collaborative enterprise setting
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and perform off-hours system support when required

The Pay Rate range for this position is $31 – $36 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
