Job Description
Join a high-profile ERP modernization project supporting enterprise-wide performance management processes. As a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer, you will be a key technical expert in designing, developing, and deploying enhancements to the PeopleSoft ePerformance module, partnering with HR leaders and technical teams to drive long-term scalability, performance, and user experience improvements across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain customized ePerformance components using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Fluid UI
- Translate functional requirements into Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and implement scalable solutions aligned with project goals
- Collaborate with HR teams, developers, and infrastructure groups to ensure performance, compliance, and system reliability
- Support all phases of testing and rollout, including unit, system, and UAT across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments
- Document migration processes, SOPs, and best practices while mentoring junior development staff
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM development experience, with proven expertise in the ePerformance module
- Proficient in PeopleTools 8.5x, including PeopleCode, Application Designer, Integration Broker, and Fluid UI
- Strong understanding of functional HR processes and the ability to work in a decentralized enterprise environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex rollouts, upgrades, and module integrations
- Excellent troubleshooting, performance tuning, and cross-functional communication skills

The Pay Rate range for this position is $34 – $39 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
