Job Description
We are looking for a Product Owner to lead and manage the planning and execution of software development initiatives across a collaborative delivery team. This role is responsible for identifying user needs, organizing development priorities, and aligning product goals with strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Define, manage, and prioritize a product backlog in coordination with business stakeholders.
- Translate high-level requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business analysts and quality teams to support sprint planning and testing.
- Facilitate product releases and ensure alignment with agile delivery practices.
- Serve as the main communication channel between cross-functional teams and business units.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, or Scrum Master.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and deliver value across multiple teams.
Preferred
- Background in business analysis or project management.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and integration environments.
- Knowledge of insurance industry processes and product development.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.

The Pay Rate range for this position is $56 – $67 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
