The Reserves Network has been ranked #27 on the Houston Business Journal’s 2025 Family-Owned Businesses list! 

This recognition represents more than four decades of hard work, family values, and a steadfast commitment to helping people succeed. 

TRN was founded in 1984 by Don Stallard, who believed in the simple but powerful idea of connecting people with meaningful work. Today, his kids Neil, Nicholas, and Amanda carry that vision forward, each bringing their own leadership and experience to the company. It’s still very much a family business, and that’s something we’re proud of. 

Houston has always been an important part of our story. Our local teams are out there every day helping candidates find the right opportunities and working with businesses to build a strong, dependable workforce.
