Job Description
As a Fire Sprinkler Foreman, you will oversee fire sprinkler system installations, repairs, and maintenance. This role requires leadership in supervising teams, managing projects, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. You will also perform inspections and testing of system components, ensuring compliance with NFPA codes and safety regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with technical expertise and a passion for leadership and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the installation, repair, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems, including underground piping.
• Lead and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute projects on schedule and within budget.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in the field, operating independently when needed.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• 3+ years in the Fire Life Safety industry, specifically with fire sprinkler systems.
• NICET Level II or III certification in Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems, or state equivalent certifications required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in diverse conditions.

The base pay range for this position is $72,800-93,600 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
