The Reserves Network Named to 2022 U.S. Largest Staffing Firms List

The Reserves Network (TRN), for the eighth consecutive year, has been recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) as one of the largest staffing and talent engagement firms in the United States. 

At #174 on the list, TRN is among companies that generated at least $100 million in U.S. staffing revenue in 2021, the criteria for making this year’s list. According to the report, these firms together generated $134.9 billion, representing an estimated 76.2% of the market. 

In addition to placing #174 of the top staffing firms, TRN made the list of the 2021 largest industrial staffing firms in the United States, placing #55.

SIA provides worldwide research and data regarding contingent workforces. Each year, the SIA releases a list of the largest U.S. staffing agencies to gauge growth, hypothesize trends and identify industry leaders. 

Staffing agencies were ranked according to their total U.S. revenue produced during the 2021 calendar year. Revenue included temporary and permanent work placement, retained search, outplacement services, and net revenue from Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Each firm was required to generate a minimum of $100 million in staffing revenue to be considered for the elite list, which recognizes the top 225 staffing agencies in the country.
