Your New Role:
As a Production Supervisor, you will have a big impact on the production and success of the company and achieving goals. You'll be responsible for production execution, setting and achieving receiving goals/schedules as well as shipping schedules.
What You Need:
- 2–4-year related technical degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of Production Supervision in a cold facility
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Strong communication, leadership, and technical skills
- Excellent computer skills are needed.
