Job Description
Our client, a leading-edge organization in the healthcare services space, is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee and elevate the full operational lifecycle supporting both clients and internal teams. This highly visible executive role will lead strategic planning, team development, and continuous process improvement to ensure best-in-class service delivery across a complex, technology-enabled environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to customer-facing and internal support teams
• Drive the evolution of workflows and service models to increase speed, quality, and efficiency
• Lead the design and execution of scheduling, training, and client onboarding programs
• Monitor and refine operational systems and tools to ensure seamless, scalable service
• Guide adoption of emerging technologies that support automation and business intelligence
• Oversee compliance efforts and uphold high standards of performance and service quality
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external client organizations
• Analyze performance data to make informed decisions and meet key operational goals
• Develop contingency plans to ensure continuity of services under any circumstances
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, preferably in a dynamic or entrepreneurial setting
• Strong background in leading teams that support mission-critical service delivery
• Demonstrated ability to manage change, drive innovation, and build cross-functional alignment
• Proficient in data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and KPI implementation
• Knowledge of enterprise software systems and operational technology platforms
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills

The base pay range for this position is $200,000–$225,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
