Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Vice President of Accounting to lead financial operations across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will have a CPA and at least 10 years of experience in financial consolidation, cost accounting, and manufacturing operations. This role oversees financial reporting, leads an accounting team, and drives improvements in financial systems and technology.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, & profitability forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with external accounting partners for tax preparation and audits.
• Lead the integration of technology to enhance financial systems.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filings.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or public accounting.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, and Power BI.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills to develop and manage a team.
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or public accounting.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles.

The base salary range for this position is $200,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
