Shift: 1st 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

As a Turnkey Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our property management team, ensuring that every unit meets our high standards before new residents move in. From inspecting vacated units to performing repairs and replacements with finesse, you'll be at the forefront of our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Routinely perform “market ready” task
- Replaces or repairs, latches, ceiling fans, hinges, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, closets, stairs, and outlets
- Checks applicable appliances and informs Service Supervisor of problems
- Minor repairs to sheetrock, flooring, and other textiles
- Assists with painting duties
List Qualification or Requirements:
- 6 months experience in a multi-family environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Working at a steady pace to meet production deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Must be able to lift 50lb unassisted
