Job Description
As a Trim Operator, you will set up & operate machines, pack parts, trim, sand, grind, heat & mill parts/components.
Responsibilities:
- Operate trim press machines
- Perform routine maintenance
- Perform spot inspection of parts
- Read work orders to determine specifications
- Perform other tasks as requested
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude, experience with gauges, micrometers, tape measure & hand tools
- Ability to work without supervision & strong work ethic
- Strong math skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively
- Previous trim, press or injection molding experience
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check

The base pay range for this position is $17 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
