Job Description
Join a market-leading industrial equipment manufacturer as a Territory Sales Manager driving growth across the Western U.S. This strategic, high-impact sales role involves managing a mix of direct accounts, distributors, and reps, with a focus on medium and low-voltage motors and engineered drive systems. You'll manage full-cycle sales, identify opportunities, and cultivate strong customer relationships across oil & gas, utilities, and other critical sectors.

• Manage and grow a defined multi-state sales territory
• Develop new business while managing existing accounts (approx. 60% new, 40% existing)
• Generate and follow through on quotes using CRM tools (MS Dynamics 365)
• Collaborate with internal teams, reps, and partners to execute on regional growth plans
• Travel frequently (50%) via air and car to customer sites and industry events

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 5–10 years’ experience selling industrial electrical power equipment
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering preferred
• Familiarity with OEMs, utilities, or municipalities in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power Gen, or Water/Wastewater
• Proven ability to manage long, technical sales cycles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., MS Dynamics 365)
• 5–10 years’ experience selling industrial electrical power equipment

The base salary range for this position is $135,000–$150,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
