Job Description
As a Warehouse Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for sorting, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory. You will assist in warehouse operations by ensuring products and donations are properly stored, tracked, and maintained. This role includes operating warehouse machinery, assisting with deliveries, and maintaining an organized inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Sorting, valuing, and packaging donations or inventory for distribution according to goals
- Picking up donations and delivering them to agency locations and clients
- Operating warehouse machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Assisting with event set-ups and inventory management
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Experience driving a box truck and a valid Texas Drivers License
- Previous warehouse or inventory management experience

The base salary for this position is $37,440 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will be determined by your qualifications, skills, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note that hiring at the top of the range is uncommon, allowing for future salary growth.
